Lists the numerous and deadly armed attacks and acts of sabotage carried out by Zionist terrorist groups, the Irgun and the Stern Gang, against British Mandate authorities,  including the bombing of the King David Hotel housing the British civilian administration.

King David Hotel

On 22 July 1946 Menachem Begin , then head of the Irgun , ordered the blowing up of the south wing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem , which housed the central offices of the civilian administration. 91 civil servants and civilian visitors were killed, of whom 41 were Arab, 28 British, and 17 Jewish. On 24 July 1946, civilians and soldiers still attempt to rescue victims trapped in the ruins.
